The staff are accommodating, but it’s hard to find them in the accommodation when you need help. It’s the only spot in Namibia where there was no free bottled water in the room.

The staff are really friendly and the breakfast is excellent. A safe, easy walk to restaurants along the shore is recommended by the staff, and street parking is available with security on duty all night. Everything was fine.
