The breakfast was very extensive and of excellent quality, but it would have been nicer if there had been a better (and secure) bike parking with charging options.

“A rip off - double charged!”
Everything was fine until I was double‑charged. The manager promised to call us back, but they never did and are now ignoring all messages.

The only good thing was the breakfast. The bed was uncomfortable, the soundproofing was poor, the mattress felt like cardboard, the bathroom door didn't close, the elevator was old, and the card access door system was faulty.
The check‑in was smooth, the room was comfortable, and the value for money was great. No complaints at all.
