Overall everything was fine, but it was a bit dirty and the staff weren't friendly.

The spot is spot on—right next to a bunch of clinics, so that’s a win. But the water was cold, and the bed was a nightmare.

The place is in a good spot, but I sent a very specific request because of my health. Nobody answered. I tried calling to confirm, still no response. In the end I got a room on the second floor, so I had to climb a lot of stairs with a bad back. They really need to keep an eye on the website and the requests—if you ask, it matters.

The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and the location was great. Service was top‑notch.

Getting there is a breeze and you can exit onto the main roads easily. The downside? The wardrobe was full of mold and dust.
