I was never actually in the hotel, but the staff accused us of not having water to flush the toilet.

The place is pet friendly and close to the essentials for starting or ending your day, but the front desk representative was not a hospitality pro.

The staff were courteous and helpful and professional, but the electronic locking mechanism on the door—whose battery was dying—caused our key cards to fail, and the staff didn’t warn us about the manual input button in the bottom center of the TV.
