Das Essen mit Wein und auch das Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet! Wir nutzten die Unterkunft als Basis für den Besuch des Castel del Monte, welches in gut 20 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht werden kann. Die moderne Lichtsteuerung im Zimmer hatte ein Eigenleben entwickelt, indem sich das Licht mitten in der Nacht spontan ein- und ausschaltete

It was a dream to repeat. Every detail, from the décor to the breakfast and dinner, was delightful. The house menu was exquisitely subtle and worth trying, offering a harmonious adventure of flavors. The staff were courteous, and the welcome area was especially beautiful—an oasis amid nature next to the famous "Castello del Monte." The attention to cleanliness and hygiene was also noteworthy and very pleasing. Thanks, and I recommend it.

The location was perfect for visiting Castel del Monte. We stayed in a truly spacious suite with a large, well-equipped bathroom and shower. Breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant was also good for dinner. The room felt a bit cold, but since it was early October we couldn't turn on the heating yet; the down comforters solved that issue.
