“Un alloggio molto gradevole in ottima posizione”
The location and furnishings were great, and everything else was fine.
“Piccolo ma ótimo !”
The spot is great—just a 5‑minute walk from San Marcos, so you skip the crowded Vaporetto runs. The room I booked was the smallest, but the building dates back to 1700, is well preserved, and its location more than makes up for the cramped space; the other rooms are bigger, and mine was the last one.

The location is superb and the vibe is cool, but directions are obvious yet Google Maps struggles a bit.
The stay in Venice was perfect; the apartment sits in an amazing location and we had a brilliant time.
The place is very central, just a street from Vaporetto 1 and the airport boat, though it isn’t the liveliest spot at night. A quick refresh of the bathroom would be nice.
