It’s close to everything, the room is comfortable and the pool is small but I loved it. I only think they could improve the towels—some are broken, especially those provided for the pool.

The room was clean and comfortable. The reception staff had no service attitude; when we reported no hot water in the shower, even though it was our second stay that week, they basically told us it was our responsibility and didn’t explain what we should do to get hot water.

Everything was spotless, the hotel looked very well maintained and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful; there were no downsides to mention.

The property was good. It’s kind of cute and cozy. The only downside was the staff. The older lady at the front desk didn’t have a bad attitude, but she wasn’t particularly friendly or welcoming to my friends and me. The young waiter at the restaurant was the same. I also think the pool hours should be extended past 9 PM, since there aren’t many things to do at the hotel. The induction cooktop in the kitchen didn’t even work

The staff were very attentive, the rooms are very comfortable and nice, and the pool is very pleasant. The included breakfast could be better.
