The location is perfect and quiet because it doesn’t face the street, yet it’s still in District 1 and within walking distance of all the city’s main attractions.

The spot is conveniently located and having a washing machine is a plus. However, you can’t adjust the air conditioning yourself—it’s stuck at one temperature, ants appeared when I arrived, the room didn’t match the photos, and there were domestic disturbances from neighbors on the opposite side that were stressful for a solo female traveler. I didn’t see the owner until the day before checkout, so I had to arrange payment then instead of upon arrival.
