The house was nicely furnished, very peaceful, with a garden and balcony. The toilet’s complicated flushing system was a hassle, and the lake view was only a barely visible water spot on the horizon, which we found unacceptable and cheeky—otherwise the view was gorgeous.

Breakfast was very good and plentiful—ham, bacon, salami, mortadella, three cheeses, eggs, yogurt, cereals, various nuts, fruit salad, grapes, two or three different cakes, croissants—and the cappuccino could have been a bit stronger, but there was also a Nespresso machine with various capsules free for use. In the evening, for example, you can relax in the living salon, feeling completely alone as if you were in your own house. The décor is great for those who love antiques, and honestly, there was nothing wrong—everything was perfect!
