I had an exceptional experience at the Marriott, and I want to give special recognition to Ms. Linda and Ms. Lloyd for their outstanding customer service. Both ladies went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of. Their professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness truly made a difference in my experience. It is refreshing to encounter employees who genuinely care about their guests and take pride in providing excellent service. The room was ok, but I didn't like the 14inch toilet… it was too hard to swat down to use, and there was no handle to assume sitting and getting up! The toilet is too low.

Everything was great, but my room didn’t have a remote. I reached out to the front desk and they didn’t give me one; they said I’d have to wait until the next day, but I was checking out. I wanted to be able to watch TV while I rested.

The vibe was friendly, polite, spotless, and cozy. The pool area was a different story—it felt almost like a sauna. I asked about the A/C and was told to open the door, which didn’t help at all because there was no airflow; after checking, I found that the vents were in the ceiling.
