“Gut”
The staff were friendly and there were plenty of parking spots. There’s no air conditioning, breakfast is just standard, and I barely got any Wi‑Fi signal in my room.

The location is great, but the name listed on Booking isn’t Hotel Herisau.

The room was spacious and spotless, with a bottle of water included, and the staff were friendly; however, the breakfast buffet claimed a wide selection but items were constantly running out and it often took a while before they were refilled.

The hotel sits close to the train station, and the service and breakfast were solid, but you have to pay extra for scrambled eggs – they could have been included for free.

The property is very clean and well maintained, and the staff are very attentive and friendly.
