The location is good. All three rooms have private bathrooms. The rooms have air conditioning. The living area lacks air conditioning. There are stale and sewer smells on the ground floor. The living area is very dark and has no view. The beds are uncomfortable. There is no hot water on the upper floor.

Fantastic house, very spacious and well equipped. Comfortable beds, modern kitchen, and very well equipped. It has 3 bathrooms, which is greatly appreciated. Great outdoor terrace. Everything is very clean and in perfect condition. A pleasant surprise to find towels for the bathrooms in rusty water. 100% recommend.

The place was spotless and orderly, and we enjoyed the outdoor roof terrace. Its location was superb—just a short walk from the botanical gardens, shops, and a charming café on the corner. The host communicated well, and we had the entire property to ourselves, including three bedrooms for our family. Nothing to complain about.

The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and quiet. It was well situated, with free parking nearby, and close to both the city center and the airport. No issues.
