The place was very well located and easy to get to. Unfortunately, the shower didn’t have hot water.

I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t offer 24‑hour service; I had two issues—one with the air‑con and another with a suitcase—and neither could be fixed because it was outside staff hours. The only support was via WhatsApp from staff who weren’t on site, so they couldn’t resolve the problems in person.
