The staff are very kind; for example, before we got our room they offered us dinner or something to drink, and in the morning they offered us breakfast with a wide variety of salty and sweet options. One thing is that the ceiling is low, but that’s just the Swiss building.

The hotel sits right next to convenient parking and a handful of restaurants, which made getting around a breeze. Nothing else to complain about.

The hotel staff, particularly the person who kept us in the loop, were helpful and welcomed us with an immediate dinner offer even though we got there at 19:40 and dinner had officially started at 19:00. The room was roomy, full of electrical outlets, and benefited from plenty of natural light, while parking right in front was a breeze and the breakfast was fairly complete.

The staff, especially the guy handling our communications, were friendly and even offered us dinner right after we arrived at 19:40, despite the restaurant’s 19:00 cut‑off. The room “Bern” was spacious, had great views, and the breakfast was very thorough, plus the quiet surroundings were a plus.
