The guesthouse looks gorgeous. The owner is genuinely friendly and you get everything you need. It’s very quiet and the foot‑bath is awesome. The area is tranquil. It’s a bit far from the center, about 20 minutes by public transport.

The place is beautiful and spotless. The garden is impeccably kept and has a pond where you can see stunning koi carp. The house and garden give off a unique, pleasant vibe even in the rain. The host is very friendly and the food is good. Adding to that is a foot‑bath that’s especially enjoyable after a day of walking. All of this comes at an exceptional value.

Spot‑clean and perfect for travelers! The owners are very nice and accommodating; I’d have stayed longer if I could. I highly recommend it. It’s the best hostel I’ve ever been to. The restaurant in the same building, run by the owners, serves great food at reasonable prices. It was nice to have a calm place away from the busy city center. The garden is pretty and there are shrines just a 5‑minute walk away. It’s a little far from the city center, but walking to and from bus stops or the train is no problem. When you first get there, if you have multiple large pieces of luggage or you’re not in great shape, I’d suggest taking a quick, inexpensive taxi up the hill. It’s a minor inconvenience, but overall my experience was very positive.

Even on a holiday, the price was reasonable. I was worried about staying in a guesthouse, but having a room just for my family was great. The foot‑bath was relaxing and the shared space let me enjoy free coffee at my leisure. I’d love to stay here again if I come back. Thank you. Nothing in particular was problematic.

A little secluded but not remote. Getting to the city is still doable and the quiet is worth it. They offer a free foot‑bath in the evening and a good restaurant right next to it. It’s comfortable and the owners are nice and friendly.
