“Très décevant pour un hôtel autrefois d'un bon rapport qualité/prix”

La proximité de l'aéroport. Personnel à la réception ignorant Booking com, ce qui a posé des problèmes dès mon arrivée le premier soir. Pas d'eau (ni froide ni chaude) au lavabo de ma chambre. Pas d'eau chaude à la douche (chauffe eau en panne). TV en panne. Drap tâché de sang. Pas de petit déjeuner possible le premier matin malgré ma demande (proposé le second matin, mais non pris car départ matinal). Pas de restaurant. Patron invisible, seulement contacté par téléphone. J'ai été obligé de payer 60 dollars pour les 2 nuits au lieu de 45 dollars prévus avec Booking com. J'ai été très déçu car j'avais été content de cet hôtel en mars-avril 2022 (il s'appelait alors Best Inn Motel, son tarif était alors 15 dollars la nuit, l'eau chaude fonctionnait, le petit déjeuner et le restaurant étaient excellents, seule la TV était déjà en panne.), d'où mon choix d'y revenir

“Jeg fikk ikke hotellet mitt!”

Dårlig. Jeg likte ikke stedet siden når vi kom til hotellet så kom sjefen til oss og sa at vi ikke hadde booket også ga de oss dårlige room som vi ikke hadde booket syntes det var en dårlig opplevelse

The shower head was broken, and the toilet paper came as a half‑used roll that we had to search for. The airport transfer cost more than the accommodation itself. We checked out 20 minutes late and had to pay an extra fee, which felt like an owner’s unfair practice. During breakfast, the owner claimed we had to pay for a second breakfast.

The place is well situated, but the language barrier made communication difficult.
