The customer service was top‑class (we left an iPad and Dan had it couriered back quickly). Talking to the host was a breeze. The setting was beautiful and peaceful, the lodge was cozy with comfy beds, and the wood fire kept us warm. Breakfast was cooked each morning. The shared lounge and kitchen were handy, and the room had a microwave, kettle, and basic cutlery/crockery. New spa pools for each chalet were a great addition. There’s electric vehicle charging if you need it. The outdoor BBQ and pizza oven are worth trying next time!8

The host was very friendly and made everyone feel welcome. The property was spotless and gorgeous. I’d recommend it to friends and family for a tranquil scenic stay. Nothing—everything surpassed expectations.
