The location’s calm and peace were a highlight. The B&B entrance should be better marked, the TV isn’t connected to any antenna so no news can be watched, the bathroom lacks a toothbrush holder and towel rack, the shower area has no shelf for shampoo or shower gel, and there is no door to close the shower.

I loved the pastoral vibe of the setting—a countryside property far from noise and traffic. Each room had its own entrance and bathroom, sharing only the front courtyard. Our room’s bathroom was tiny but functional, and the whole room was clean and air‑conditioned. The owners provided all the necessary information to access the property and were available and friendly.

The owners were incredibly kind and super helpful, fixing a couple of issues right away. One morning they even brought fresh croissants for breakfast—really nice. The room was huge, spacious, and comfortable, bright and quiet, with air‑conditioning, a mini fridge, and a window mosquito net. The bathroom had a convenient shower, bidet, and hair dryer. Smart TV, Wi‑Fi, and everything else needed for a comfortable stay were all there. The only thing I’d suggest is adding an outdoor light with a photocell; it would be very useful at night!

The property sits in a quiet area, surrounded by countryside, a few kilometres from the sea, making it a great base for exploring the Lucanian Ionian coast and the hinterland (like the cliffs of Montalbano Jonico). The room is very large and welcoming, overlooking a private courtyard with a laundry line, a small table, and chairs. Free parking is inside the premises. Near the residence is the “Piana delle vigne” agritourism, owned by the same family. The managers are very helpful, respond quickly via WhatsApp, and resolve any need promptly. I would advise the hosts to give more precise instructions for using the facilities (air‑conditioning, tourist tax payment). Despite that, communication was fast and timely. Also, especially during peak tourist periods, it would be nice if the agritourism were always open for dinner or at least the opening days were known in advance.
