The rooms were clean, the location was convenient and within walking distance of the city centre, but they could add a larger second towel or a bath towel because the hand towel is not very comfortable after showering or washing. Also, they should warn future guests that there is no elevator and the building is on the high 5th floor, which is uncomfortable to climb with heavy carry‑on luggage.

The location, cleanliness, and Wi‑Fi quality were good, but there was no information about the Wi‑Fi password, the four very tall floors made daily up‑and‑down trips difficult, and there were only a few sockets in the room.

I ended up with a room that had a balcony even though I didn't book one; the staff were friendly and the location was great, but there was a noticeable cigarette smell in the bathroom.
