Clean, close to main sights. Owner Dario handled everything quickly through WhatsApp, from restaurant tips to arranging the return taxi, making the whole process smooth. The renovated bathroom worked fine, no issues with hot water or drainage. The only downside was the room’s tight space.

The spot was unbeatable—right in the heart of Florence. The room turned out to be much larger than we expected, spotless, and had everything we needed. It felt more like a guest house than a hotel, yet the owner was on top of everything: check‑in, parking, and check‑out all ran smoothly. I’d definitely return if I ever come back to Florence.

Great location, right between Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. The host was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, not especially spacious but not tiny either, and the price was fantastic. The only thing we didn’t like was that we stayed for three days and they didn’t clean it; the cleaning policy says it’s only every two days.
