I had booked 2 rooms at this hotel , when I phoned the person requested to come after one hour. After we reach hotel, they waited us for more than half an hour, when asked the reason for waiting us, they said the rooms are not vacant. It was embarrassing, even though the rooms were not vacant they accepted the booking, even on reaching there they did not informed about non availability of rooms, is pathetic

The staff here are genuinely top-notch, always ready to lend a helping hand. However, the hotel itself could do with a bit of a refresh – the decor's starting to show its age, and it's clear that some areas could use a bit of TLC. Still, the team's enthusiasm and dedication make up for a lot, and it's a shame that the property itself doesn't quite live up to their standards.
