The staff proactively answered any questions and offered help; the feeling was very good, and they seemed eager to handle any situation a guest might encounter. The location is a bit remote, and the entrance sign could be clearer.

The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. They were always attentive to what we needed and gave us recommendations of the area; it is a bit away from the center, but honestly it's very quiet. Only one night there was a strange smell at night.

All the staff were kind and enthusiastic, the breakfast offered a lot of variety, and the coffee bar and water were available without limits. I have no complaints; during my seven‑night stay two days the toilet got clogged, but the hotel team dealt with it immediately, which was fantastic.
