The room was nice and the view absolutely stunning. There was loud construction noise for our entire stay, no apology, no acknowledgement, no nothing just non stop noise. Also the kitchen is very unreliable and does not understand what good service is. We order 2 things, they only deliver one and say the other is not available, then why not call again? Or tell us immediately? Also check-in was literally: „here room“ okay what about the restaurant how does breakfast work? None of this costs money to do better, it’s just done bad. This hotel could be very nice
