“We were glad to leave”
The hotel looked good from the outside, parking was easy, beds were comfortable, the TV was modern and worked well, but the staff were unwelcoming, the plastic tablecloths in the dining room were dirty, the lighting in the room was poor, the food quality, especially in the evenings, was bad, hot breakfasts were okay but cold options were terrible, and no one was at reception when I checked out; the couple running the hotel were not trained to greet guests.

The staff were great and super nice, and the property outside the city was beautiful, which I really liked.
