The room was cleaned and smelled fine, but the manager asked me to leave after I reported the issue. The room was dirty and had a bad odor, and when I told the front desk, they told me to leave.

I couldn't stay because the toilet was broken and there was no light; I asked for a different room, but they snatched the key from my hands and told me to go elsewhere. When I reported it to the booking site, they said they had more rooms. It felt awful to be left without a room after driving 5 hours to San Marcos.

The bed was good. They never cleaned, never took out the trash, my daughter got something that stung her eye and arm, so we had to leave a night early, and the bathroom door stuck.

I liked that I had booked a second‑floor room, but the front desk was so helpful and moved me to a first‑floor room. We enjoyed breakfast the next morning, and the property was very quiet.
