The staff were extremely kind, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the food at the resort restaurant offered a great value for money. The location was a bit far from Karon centre.

I received a free upgrade to a second room that I liked a lot. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the hotel grounds were very clean. The pool and gym were also nice, and the breakfast had a wide selection that I really enjoyed. I didn’t like my first room on the ground floor in the first building; the rooms were old and clearly needed renovation. After a few issues with that room, I was given a free upgrade, and the staff remained very helpful and friendly.

I like the ground‑floor accommodation with direct pool access, but it’s important to get a room on the side of the street that turns away from traffic, otherwise it can be noisy. The hotel is right on a busy road, yet everything needed—restaurants, laundry, fresh fruit, smoothies, Thai massage—is within 1 to 5 minutes. The beach is about a 10‑minute walk, and Kata Beach and the Walking Street, where you can buy street food in the evenings, are also nearby; we went there twice in one week. The lack of sidewalks on the busy street is something you can get used to, in my opinion, because everything you need is close by.
