The view was great, the stay was pleasant overall and the staff were friendly and helpful, but I think staff should wear a clear uniform or name badge; sometimes it wasn’t obvious who worked at the hotel, which made it hard to know who to approach for assistance, and a consistent uniform would make the staff easier to identify and give the hotel a more professional and organized look.

The room was spacious and easy to get into, and the staff were all smiles. Everything felt relaxed and welcoming, making it a nice spot to unwind after a day out.

The place is right in the middle of Sydney, so getting around is a breeze. The food is solid, the views are stunning, and you can hop on a city ferry right from the hotel. The only downside is the constant ferry traffic that can be a bit distracting.

The hotel sits in a great spot and the rooms are pretty roomy. But right next to it is a garbage plant, and the noise from the machines is relentless—especially on the top floor, I couldn't sleep at all. On top of that, the breakfast was a letdown: no hot dishes, just fruit and bread. With the high price, it just didn't feel worth it.
