Nothing. The place is under construction, the terrace is closed, there’s no internet, water cuts, there’s rust in the luxury room, and I paid double for nothing.

I understand the hotel is very budget friendly, but I can’t fathom why most of the staff here are so unwelcoming—from the receptionist to the restaurant staff. This is the first hotel I’ve encountered that feels so bad. I hope they can improve and properly train staff on how to handle guests.

The staff weren’t friendly, the wifi was terrible, there were no hair dryers, the shower was too short, overall facility quality was poor, and they demanded a 1000 peso security deposit that was ridiculous and made no sense. Bad experience, not recommended.
