“A real treat to stay here”

Janisha and the rest of the team were incredibly welcoming, and the room felt like a palace; breakfast was fantastic, especially their take on bunny chow, and the property was spotless and distinctive. Every evening we felt “home” again thanks to the staff, and we only wished we could stay longer. Walking to the center takes 10‑15 minutes along a lovely coastal path, and we even caught a glimpse of a whale from the balcony—though even without that, the view was wonderful. No complaints.

The accommodation was very comfortable, well‑located, and though a bit dated it still felt luxurious. However, at checkout we were required to sit and complete a review form while being closely observed; the form then asked how much tip to leave and how to distribute it among six named staff members, most of whom we had never met—an uncomfortable and unpleasant practice.

The sea view offered whale‑watching opportunities, and the rooms and lounges were spacious; the staff were exceptionally hospitable. The pool area was not very inviting, but it wasn’t necessary for us.

“Nice and gouzy with Friendly and helpful staff”

The location was great, the staff friendly and helpful, the furnishings pleasant, the breakfast satisfactory, and security adequate. The only downside was that some door handles were very stiff 😁.
