The stay, arrival, and location were good. The rooms were clean, but the linens weren’t very clean; I asked for a change.

The staff were friendly and the stay overall was comfortable, but the linens were not clean when we first entered the room, so I asked for a change.

Everything was nice, clean, and the hospitality was very refined and quiet, and everything was pleasant.

The room was terrible and dirty; the bathroom had a bad odor and the door was old and wouldn't close properly. I told reception not to clean the room, yet someone entered and left a partially open water bottle on the floor. There were no towels, so I had to request them, and no hairdryer, so I borrowed one from reception and had to return it immediately.
