“Worst stay”

I was really surprised by how different the hotel was from the pictures. The reality was a far cry from what I expected, and it was a bit of a letdown. The hotel's online presence doesn't do it justice, and I think they could do a better job of representing themselves.

“Not recommended at all”

The only decent thing about my stay was that the staff gave me two sealed water bottles, but that was about it. The room was filthy, with a broken door knob that was held together with tape. There were no toiletries, the geyser didn't work, and the bed linen was dirty. To top it all off, I had to call multiple times to get the WiFi password, and when I asked for room slippers, it took an hour to get a pair that was a kid's size and dirty.

The staff here really know what they're doing - check-in and check-out were a breeze. The management is clearly on top of things, which made for a fantastic stay. I was thoroughly impressed with how smoothly everything ran.

“pathetic....do not stay”

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a few major issues. The air conditioning remote was broken, and there was no food available on site. To make matters worse, the room lacked basic amenities like bottled water, tea, and coffee. The towels were also in a sorry state, with some of them being torn.
