My stay at the Himalayan Suite surpassed every expectation; the room was huge, fully equipped, and the view was stunning, especially at sunset. The location was ideal, just a minute’s walk from the Dalai Lama Temple complex, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The owner was a wonderful man who shared a lot of useful information, and the caretaker was also very helpful. If I return to Dharamsala, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The spot is great, the temple vibes seep into the room, sunsets from the balcony are gorgeous, hot water and wifi work fine.

The room is spacious, comes with a mini‑kitchen, kettle, mugs, plates, tea, and a view of the valley with a cable‑car; you can watch the sunset. The shower has hot water. But it’s freezing—outside 0 °C, inside only about 10 °C, so you had to layer up with all your warm clothes. I strongly recommend installing a heater in the room to improve guest comfort.

A calm stay in a convenient spot, the best location and a fiery sunset from the balcony. The room was quite roomy and packed with many amenities, and the wifi was excellent. The kitchen was present but needed more setup to be fully functional, making cooking a bit difficult, so I rarely used that space.
