The staff were mediocre; it was already 9 am and nothing was left. The housekeeping and breakfast were lacking.

I really liked the location because it’s in the city center with everything nearby. Only issue was the traffic during rush hour.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, all under camera supervision. The breakfast is simple but nice. I think it’s the best value‑for‑money hotel in Brazil so far, and I know many places in the country. I swear I’m not related to the owner, haha. I’ll come back. The bathroom didn’t have a door but it was a single room; it wasn’t a big deal for me.

It’s a place for people who are truly exhausted, to shower and sleep, and for the price paid it’s okay; the breakfast is simple but good. I found cigarette butts, a cheap cigarette, the window didn’t close, the bathroom leaked water, the heat was terrible and the fan was poor.
