The accommodation is well‑located for a stopover from Brittany and looks very appealing from the outside. We had high expectations based on the good reviews, but were disappointed. Instead of the booked triple room, we received the family room. Throughout our stay an extremely loud ventilation system that could not be turned off made it impossible to sleep well, even with earplugs. The room also could not be fully darkened because of a bright exit sign. There was no sufficient toilet paper or soap. Only a small trickle came from the tap in the sink. We pointed out the major ventilation problem to staff and hope it will be fixed for future guests.

The reception was friendly and the concept of rooms with a restaurant and grocery shop was enjoyable; the setting was quiet. The lack of air conditioning was a drawback.
