Everything ran smoothly, yet the hallways were dirty and the fridge was filthy; they could afford a larger fridge.

The staff here are super helpful, especially with non-Chinese speakers who might struggle with the language. The hotel's automation is pretty cool, like the remote-controlled wash in the bathroom. Overall, it's all good.

I had an amazing stay at hotel Yachen - the staff were super friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. The room was really spacious, nicely decorated, and spotless, with comfy beds and great equipment. I loved the robot service, it was so cool! They were discreet and efficient, and it was great to see some modern tech in action.
