“No wifi and broken coffee machine”
The bed and TV were nice, but there was no wifi in the room or lobby, and the staff couldn't help me set it up; the coffee machine was broken the entire time, so mornings were coffee‑free.

The location and price were great.

The rooms were comfy, but I had to pay an extra fee per night for parking.

At check‑out, the staff were short, a single employee was overwhelmed, long lines formed, and it was hard to ask questions or clarify charges.

The location, management, staff, and overall comfort made for a great stay.
