The hotel staff were friendly, 24 hour reception was very helpful for us who were spending our first time in Japan. There was a laundry within a two minute walk, amazing facilities - massage chairs, foot spa, free drinks available 24 hours, free bathroom needs (toiletries) and the hotel staff were very helpful with directions and travelling suggestions. Next time we are back in Shinjuku we will be staying here

We were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience, the offerings, the comfort. The food, both snacks and breakfast, were different, but very good. Room was big and very comfortable and relaxing. the one big step between the entrance/bed and the sitting area was kind of dangerous - it was easy to forget that it was there
