The only good thing was the location, even though the street isn’t quiet – it’s just a neighborhood lane. In reality, the place is a shed that shares a wall with another shed and a storage unit. We didn’t even stay there; we tried to cancel, but the app denied it in seconds, so we lost a lot of money for what was offered. We contacted the lodge, but nothing was resolved. The photos don’t match the actual site. There’s a sewage smell, mold, a dirty mattress, and no recent paint. The kitchen walls are filthy with grease, the stove is dirty, the cabinet is moldy and falling apart. A wall with holes near the floor leads to the outside, likely a drainage area, with mold on the baseboards. There’s a hole in the floor near the entrance. The glass windows are dirty, and the wooden windows that open onto the street are slightly ajar with no curtains. When we arrived, we had to wait 40 minutes for cleaning to finish. The bathroom is dark. The exterior needs maintenance: the barbecue area is very dirty, spider webs, a rusty grill, and tall weeds. At the edge with the storage unit, a screen lets you see where the bathtub is, so there’s no privacy. The floor under the bathtub is dirty. The accommodation should have undergone maintenance before being rented; it’s not fair to pay for what isn’t provided.

“Sugestões”

The place has a pleasant vibe, but the bathtub takes forever to warm up and there’s no window that stays shut toward the street. They could really use a dishcloth, a bathroom rug and a squeegee, and the BBQ area is missing a sink. On top of that, it gets bright as early as six in the morning, so sleeping is tough.

I liked the privacy, the surrounding nature and the bathtub – everything was spot on and I had nothing to complain about.

“Bem desagradável”

The location is comfortable and looks nice, but the accommodation was filthy – beer cans on the floor, a kitchen sponge tossed near the tub, toilet paper scattered, and the TV remote was dead. The outdoor area had no light and a cockroach was crawling over dishes, while the bathtub took ages to heat up. To make matters worse, the walls are paper‑thin, so we could hear everything from the next room, even the other couple’s noises, which was extremely uncomfortable.
