“Pelo preço cobrado, vale à pena se a hospedagem durar pouco tempo”

The architecture is very beautiful, the décor is wonderful with plenty of artwork and eye‑catching furniture, and the outdoor spaces are spacious and pleasant. The staff are attentive, and the location by the highway is easy to find. Breakfast was average. The place is isolated, far from the city center and inaccessible without a car. The kitchen doesn’t operate at night, and the only food options on site are some cookies and water sold at the reception. The building is old and lacks proper maintenance – the door latch would fall if you pulled it hard and it constantly jammed. There is no accessibility on the upper floors for those with limited mobility.

After nearly 800 km of travel, 24 of my family and I decided not to stay at the hotel because the conditions were disastrous: no cleanliness, unsanitary rooms, and a total lack of hygiene. We never even checked in.
