Quality Inn Fort Smith I-540

The bedroom and bathroom were dirty and had a moldy odor.

The online photos were misleading; I booked for the hot tub, but it was filled with concrete, the pool was ice‑cold, the bed was very uncomfortable, and all the coffee packets in the room were opened, making for a poor experience.

“Location was very convenient, desk clerk was on point and made check in very easy,”

The place was great, the room was clean and the sheets were spotless. After hours, the room‑card entry didn’t work, so I had to call the clerk to open the door; I thought it might have been my card, but the same problem happened with another card.

“Great location”

The spot was perfect for us, everyone was super friendly, and the breakfast was amazing! Nothing else went wrong.

“If the check in situation would not have happened, my stay would have been next to perfect”

The rooms were spotless and incredibly comfortable, and the staff were helpful and understanding. Checking in was a hassle because I had to correct the date on my reservation, which added $30 and took almost two hours on the phone trying to sort it out.
