“Excellent location”
The location was good, nothing else to comment on.
“Great location, staff and breakfast! Will be back!”
The location was great, staff were friendly, the room with a canal view was spotless, the beds were comfy, the breakfast was superb, they let us leave our luggage while we shopped, and the room had nice extras like robes, slippers, a coffee machine with pods, and water. The only downside was there was no milk for tea or coffee, and when I called down they told me to get it from reception instead of bringing it to me – we were on the 5th floor, so that was a bit of a hassle, especially since I was still recovering from illness and didn’t have the energy to fetch it.

They charged the full rate for two rooms because I didn’t follow the cancer rules.

Everything was very good except that I was woken in the middle of the night by loud, drunk people talking outside my bedroom window on the bar’s external seating – it ruined an otherwise great stay.
