“Terrible, disappointed”
They don’t allow cancellations and charge all fees for a two‑night booking. The elevator was overcrowded and the staff attitude was terrible.

The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and spotless, and the breakfast tasted great, though the Korean restaurant on the second floor required a reservation and I wasn’t able to get a table.
