The staff were courteous, but we were given a different room than the one we booked; the photos didn’t match, there were many bugs, loud external noise, windows didn’t seal properly, we weren’t warned about cleaning or moving our belongings, a charger was scratched, the door had no acrylic, we were two people but only received one decent pillow and a small decorative pillow.

The only good thing about this place was how kind the staff were, especially the two ladies who helped us and were very attentive, but the stay was terrible because, despite looking tidy, the hotel was infested with cockroaches; we found several in our room, making the experience extremely unpleasant and the property urgently needs better pest control and hygiene.
