Hotel Pharos

“極佳方便的地點，房間很大”

The location was great, near Line 9, with many restaurants nearby; after games, crowds would gather for dinner, and there were also supermarkets and convenience stores. It’s close to COEX and Gangnam, and the 6006 airport bus stops nearby; on Sunday mornings it takes about 85 minutes to reach the airport without traffic. The room was large, the bathroom even larger with a jacuzzi (unused), the décor was a bit dated but clean. One night I heard faint singing—unsure where it came from—but I still slept. The TV was slightly smaller than the room. Because there were two large windows, part of the bed was under the curtains, which isn’t ideal.

“lovely, pleasant and accessible stay, i’d definitely come back next time!”

As a wheelchair user who relies entirely on my mobility device, the hotel met my needs excellently; the accessible room has a slope and a built‑in bathtub at the right height for transferring and getting into the tub. The staff were very kind and friendly, and I appreciated their politeness. The only downside was the slope leading to the hotel entrance—it’s a bit steep, and when I was coming up from the street I almost fell forward once; a gentler ramp or a more comfortable side entrance would be great.

I loved that the hotel was within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and bars, but I was disappointed that there was no washer or dryer available for guests.

The room on the 12th floor was simply amazing—spacious, bright, and boasting a fantastic view from the window. Daily housekeeping kept it spotless, and the staff were very responsive, always offering water, an iron, and towels. The hotel’s location is fantastic, so I highly recommend it. The only downside was the check‑in time of 15:00, which was a let‑down.

“Spacious and good location”

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very helpful, and the location near street restaurants and the subway was excellent. However, the spa bath was non‑functional, and the bathroom lacked a door from the bedroom; the shower door and toilet door were the same.
