I’ve stayed at the Springhill Suites three times now, and each time the front desk staff has been outstanding—friendly, upbeat, and always smiling, which made my last visit to Alpharetta even better. The ladies at the front desk were all very polite and pleasant.

Quiet, great location!. Shower wasn't 100% clean

The location is fine, but the bathroom had poor water drainage and the reception staff didn’t seem welcoming.
