The room was roomy, and the breakfast offered plant‑based milk and a gluten‑free option. The kettle was still a major shortcoming. In early October the room felt a bit cool because the heating couldn’t be adjusted. Cleanliness was an issue too; the few visible spots were dusty (bed frame, TV stand, shelves in the cupboard).

The hotel was a bit neglected but overall acceptable, located in the western university area. The room was spacious, had a fridge that was empty, parking was convenient, breakfast was fine, and the staff were present and helpful. The price was reasonable. I would not recommend the half‑board, even though it was served at the adjacent restaurant; the buffet felt rather “sad,” so I preferred dinner elsewhere in the city. The hotel didn’t re‑clean the room, change the towels, or provide toiletries for the entire stay.

Breakfast was simple but sufficient. The daily lunch menu was very generous and reasonably priced. The dining room staff were very friendly! The location was very far from the city center, on the main road. Our ground‑floor room was dark all day because the windows faced another building’s courtyard. The housekeeping staff were loud and started cleaning around 7 am. They talked loudly and walked up and down the hallway, so we woke up around 7 am every morning. That was unpleasant.

It was very pleasant to stay here again. Whenever I’m in town, I always choose this hotel. It’s comfortable, clean, and the staff are very friendly. I gladly recommend it!
