The price is a bargain. When I arrived, I had to ask neighbors to contact the property, which then gave me a locker code to pick up the key – something that wasn’t mentioned in any message. Inside, there was a strong damp, claustrophobic smell. In the bathroom, I was horrified by the small size and the lack of a decent shower; there was a spray in the center that, when turned on, exposed the entire room – absolutely awful.

The room was too small, smelled of mold, the house was closed or better described as a small shop turned into a home, the only source of air was opening the front door, and people would stare at what I was doing.

We had an amazing stay – from the moment we walked in the owner welcomed us like old friends, always ready to help. The room was clean, snug, and lovely, but the real highlight was the host’s genuine care and the airport shuttle they arranged for us. It felt more like staying with a friend than a hotel.
