An amazing place.
“Alles was ein Wintersporthotel braucht ist da, an Flair und Gemütlichkeit hapert es”
A modern city‑hotel vibe with lots of concrete and glass; not particularly cozy but it lacks nothing, and the central location is great. Apparently Dutch and British guests are the target market—German seemed to be a second language for the staff, so the regular menu at the restaurant was almost served non‑verbally. The breakfast buffet was large but extremely chaotic, making for a hectic start to the day. The room faced the street and stayed noisy late into the night with loud après‑ski fans eventually drifting toward the bed, a problem likely shared by all inns on Dorfstraße.
The design felt ultra‑modern, the food was superb, and the spot was great.
