Only the bed and AC were comfortable; the staff were rude and arrogant, the facilities were bad, the internet was extremely poor, and there was fungus on the walls in both the room and the bathroom—extremely disappointing!

“Already given”

Being close to the railway station is convenient, and the price is reasonable given that factor alone in an emergency, but improvements are needed in the linen, bathrooms, and the toilet paper was not provided.

“It,s waste of money”

There was nothing positive to mention. The staff were rude and unhelpful, so I would not recommend this place. The photos look good, but it’s the worst hotel I’ve seen, with many cockroaches and a lizard in the room—please avoid this type of property.

Arriving at the hotel late at night felt a bit unsafe because it is located deep inside a narrow lane. The hygiene was very poor; the hotel was quite unhygienic. The blankets smelled so bad and were so dirty that I had to stay without using them. There was water spilled on the floor, and the bedsheets had many stains, which was completely unacceptable. We were told that late checkout would be allowed, but when we asked, they clearly refused. During checkout, there was a very embarrassing moment; the staff stopped us, entered our room without permission, and then shouted to the other rooms to check if everything was fine before finally letting us leave. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.
