Good breakfast with plenty of choices and a beautiful sea view.

The breakfast was very good and the beds were comfortable, yet there were gouges in the wall, holes in the sheer curtains, the air conditioner didn’t work, the shower plumbing needed fixing, the sliding door was hard to open even for my husband, and the hallway carpet was so rough I wouldn’t walk on it barefoot. In room 316 they claimed an ocean view, but from the bed it was nearly impossible to see anything over the wooden railing unless you stood up.

Only the location mattered, but the 5‑night stay was awful: on the third night I asked for clean sheets, but the staff removed the bedding, piled it, then returned the same sheets and left the bed unmade; the bathroom stayed unclean for all five days, with no towels one day, no soap replenished, and the garbage never taken out. I paid $1400 for those five nights, yet the experience was terrible, and I won’t return. Austin at the desk was very helpful – that’s all I can say. Yvonne Bennett
